Reimagining ADHD: Neurodiversity in Education and The Workplace
Daniel applies his scientific background to explain ADHD and offers a new paradigm of how ADHD can be reimagined as a suite of skills and opportunities, as well as challenges. He further enables his audience to see how the struggles of ADHD, and more broadly, neurodivergence, have a flip side of positive attributes that can be harnessed to enable productivity and high performance. He offers tips for those with ADHD and managers who work with ADHD staff to increase understanding and improve contributions and performance of the neurodivergent in education and professional workplaces.

The workshop combines emotional intelligence, storytelling neuroscience, and strengths-based coaching to show how storytelling boosts positive emotions and highlights past achievements. By understanding the emotional and cognitive impact of personal experiences, individuals will gain insights into their strengths and potential.
